He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Bailey and Rita Bailey (Murray); and his sister Ann Sugg (Wallace). He is survived by: his wife Candace Bailey (Paulson); his sons, Richard A. Bailey Jr. (Lynnette) of Virginia and Timothy Bailey of Massachusetts; his grandchild Tatyana Bailey of Virginia; and his brother Fred Bailey (late Cindy) of Arcade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
