He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Jakubowski and Theodora Jakubowski (Scrou). He is survived by: his wife Anita Jakubowski (Bennett); his stepsons, Joseph Wirth (Ginny) of Charlotte, NC, Michael Wirth of Arcade and Daniel Wirth of Conyngham, PA; and his stepgrandchildren, Justin, Kevin, Kristen, Derek and Clarissa Wirth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
