He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Witt, and Kathleen Witt, Sr. (Bogurt); his son Louis Bellomo; and his siblings, Gilbert Witt, Jr. and Martha Bray.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Witt (Heppel); his children, Angela Witt of Sardinia, Lisa Marie Witt of Salamanca, Charles Witt (Patricia) of Machias, Kenneth Bellomo (Jennifer) of Chaffee, Sam Bellomo (Renee) of West Falls and Tina Maria Blum (Bart) of Arcade; and his siblings, Alan Witt of Arcade, Keith Witt of Canaseraga, NY and Nancy Witt of Castile. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
