He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Henry and Minnie Mary Raiser (Kurtzweg); his wife Judith Raiser (Rees); and his sisters, Doris Gudd (Bill), Alice Schroeder (Bert), Lenore Wasko (Mike), Anna Caplick (Bob) and Arline Buchholz (Eugene).
He is survived by: his children, Karen Prior (Michael) of Delevan, Jennifer Raiser (David Daniels) of Alden, Tricia Schrock of Arcade, Tracy Raiser (John Smith) of Chaffee, Sarah Raiser of Delevan, Katie Gray (Jesse) of Delevan and Kristin Raiser of Lockport; his sisters, Sharon Tillman of Akron, Madeline Atwood (late Steve) of Elma and Marlene Raiser of Lancaster, NY; and his sister-in-law Pamela Internicola (Anthony) of Williamsville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
