We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2020, at the age of 90, Howard W. Payne of Arcade, New York, born in Eldred, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. and Leah Payne, Sr. (Grantier); his former wife Loretta Payne; and his brother Thomas Payne. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Payne (Laird); his children, Peggy Aldrow (Edward) of Moncks Corners, SC, Max Payne (late Janet) of Boston, NY, Hal Payne (Deanna) of Lake George and Jud Payne (Claudia) of Depew; his stepchildren, Kevin Laird (Carole) of Westminster, MD, Janet Perkins (Steven) of Dunkirk, Cary Laird (Janice) of Pflugerville, TX and Scott Laird (Rebecca) of Delevan; his siblings, Dorland Payne of Virginia and Suzanne Pajliaccio (John) of East Aurora; and his sister-in-law Patricia Payne of Brattleboro, VT. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild along with several nieces and nephews.
