He is survived by: his wife Susan Curtis (Perkins); his children, Becky Curtis of Georgia, Cristy Curtis of Bradford, PA, Derrick Curtis (Heather) of Freedom and Jillian Everett of East Aurora; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Britney, Sierra, Brianna, Daylan and Felicity. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
