Roth of Arcade, New York, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Daniel departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Daniel leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his father David Roth. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Roth (Sroczyk); his daughter Jessica Thorpe (Erik) of Chaffee; his grandson Jensen; his brother Timothy D. Roth (Kimberly) of Franklinville; his nephew Clayton; his niece Lydia; and his great-nephews, Maverick and Myles.
