He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Perino (Lomnicki); his children, Susan Forte (Edward), Thomas E. (Carin) and John F. (Patricia); his brothers, Joseph and Richard; his cousin George Hubert; and his grandchildren, Deana, Garrett, Kaitlin, Samantha, Travis, Harrison, Brianna and Nicholas.

In Lieu of flowers Eugene's family asks donations be made in his memory to East End Hospice.
