He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Budde and Dorothy Chase Budde Blacklock; his stepson John; and his siblings, Melvin, Gerald, Evelyn, Raymond and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Eckert Budde; his children, Kevin B., Lori (Doug), Rhonda, Richelle, Jeanette (Gregory), Lauren Jr. (Shannon) and Roxanne (Don); his stepchildren, Nancy (David), Porter (Jan), LeAnn (Roy) and Terry; and his sisters, Sharon (Roy) and Millie. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Judes or Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
