He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Rider and Bernice Rider (Beilfuss); his siblings, John and Catherine Ribbeck; his children, Franklin Rider Jr. (Janice) of Barker, Robert Rider of Lyndonville, Randy Rider (Cindy) of Gasport and Tina Newman (Ron) of Lockport; his sisters, Mary LaJoie of Middleport, Roseann McKenczie of Lockport and Virginia Piskorowski (Doug) of Barker; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Cassandra, Shannon, Tanya, Franklin III, Brittany and Brandi. He was also cherished by 8 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
