He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret O'Hara and William O'Hara; and his siblings, Andrew O'Hara, Kevin O'Hara and Sherry Wicklund.
He is survived by: his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Raquel O'Hara; his grandson Angel O'Hara; his sisters, Sandra (Robert Watts) and Sharon (Charles Yaple); his brother-in-law John Wicklund; and his nieces and nephews, Jason O'Hara, Jeremy O'Hara (Karen), Matthew Yaple (Bridget), Jessica Hodel (Andrew), Chad O'Hara, Kyle Wicklund (Kristina), Kristie McBride (Phil) and David Watts (Kristen). He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
