He was predeceased by: his wife Sheryl Hoover; his parents, Harold Hoover and Florence Hoover; his brothers, Lee and Paul Hoover; and his daughters, Lorelei Hoover (Joshua), Kristen Hoover (Herbin) and Jennifer Hart (Jonathan).
He is survived by: his nephew James Hoover (Kimberly).
