He is survived by: his mother Virginia Card; his siblings, Deborah Haab, Wayne Card (Anna), Timothy Card (Cathy), Peter Card (Kay) and Valerie Race (Al); his children, Melinda Card Souder (Rob), Kristina Goodrich (Bob Parshall), Bryan Goodrich (Kate), Eric Goodrich (Lynnette Hamm) and Cody Goodrich (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Trey, Urijah, Nevaeh, Ella, Corbin, Hadley, Harper, William, Christian and Gabe.
