He is survived by: his wife Toni Perkins; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Owens; his grandchildren, Alec Duryea (Rebeka), Racheal Owens, Derek Lee and Jordan R. Owens; his parents, Bill Perkins and Mary Perkins; and his siblings, Rich Perkins, Milisa (David Creller) and Victoria (Dan Gavin). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
