He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Sr. Butchko and Alice Butchko; his brother John Butchko; his wife Judy Butchko; his son Thomas Butchko Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his daughter Karen Erno; his son-in-law Jeff; his stepchildren, David Springsteen, Jeff Springsteen and Debbie Moyer; and his siblings, Charles Butchko Jr. (Georgiana), Gerald Butchko, James Butchko (Beverly), Barbara Butchko and Katherine Butchko.
In lieu of sending flowers, Thomas would prefer to have donations send to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
