He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Fowler and Fred Fowler; his siblings, Dean, Bill, Millard and Betty; his granddaughter Stephanie; and his nephew Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Fowler (Bishop); his children, Patrick Fowler (Michele), Cate Sirek, Terri Young (Scooter), Anne Fowler (Molly), Bobby Rosenkrans (JoAnn), Karen Monell and Kevin Rosekrans (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Barrett, Lukas Monell, Amber Hontz (Kris), Brittany Karpel (Ben), BJ Rosenkrans (Maria), Lisa Cook (Danny), Heather Young, Dustin Young (Cassie), Meagan and Nicholas Fowler. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
He volunteered for Meals on Wheels since 1999 until the Coronavirus shut down the program.
