He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Joy Stephens; and his niece Sarah Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Erica Stephens of Nichols, NY and Elijah Stephens of Fort Mill, SC; his father Albert "Bud" Stephens of Apalachin; and his siblings, Mike Stephens of Apalachin, Shelly Efland (Bill) of Efland, NC and Kevin Stephens of Apalachin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the South Apalachin Baptist Church in memory of Keith.
