It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen L. Card of Apalachin, New York, born in Endicott, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Marylou Foster (Sparks); her siblings-in-law, Colleen Foster and William Card; and her father-in-law Benjamin Card. She is survived by: her father Earl Foster; her father-in-law Peter Card; her brothers, Jason Card (Rikki) and Robert Card (Katie Piszczatowski); her grandsons, Alexander, Eli, Isaiah and Alistair; her siblings, William Foster and Jane Scouten (Wayne); her mother-in-law Virginia Card; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah Haab (late Glenn), Valerie Race (Alan), Wayne Card and Timothy Card (Cathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
