We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, Karen Pohronezny of Apalachin, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Albertha Vanderpool Beach. She is survived by: her husband Russell E. Pohronezny; her children, Amanda Niles (Joshua Niles) and Benjamin Pohronezny; her father Lawrence Beach; her stepmother Margaret Villanti Beach (Peggy); and her siblings, Wayne (Mary Beach), Larry Beach (Kyle Smith) and Kathy (Mark Saunders). She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and donations in her memory please send to National MS Society, American Cancer Society, or Mercy House of the Southern Tier.
