He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick P. Hoover and Alverta Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hoover; his children, Paul (Rebekah Hoover), Mark (Wendy Hoover), Lynette (Spencer Marshall) and Pamela (David Cantella); his grandchildren, Judah, Ephraim, Jacob, Emma, Izzy, Joshua, Allie, David, Maddie, Brendan, Andrea, Sarah, Parker, Hannah, Elijah, Noah, Cooper and Augustas; his brother Gerald; and his sister-in-law Barbara Hoover. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pastor Fred Hoover's memory to the Abide in the Vine Fellowship, 1277 Taylor Road, Owego, NY 13827. The contributions will be given to the Dugit Outreach Center in Israel and Abide in the Vine Churches of Africa.
