He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah and Bruce; and his siblings, Richard, Christy and Sammi.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy, Timmi and Melody; his wife Tammy; and his daughters, Terry Ross (Scott), Tracy Olevano (Orlando), Tammy Jo Race (Bill) and Tonya Pierce.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the VFW.
In his golden years, David was active in many antique tractor clubs and the Marine Corp league of Tioga County, being one of the main toy collectors and organizers for Toys for Tots, a charity he believed in whole heartedly.
