He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray, Donna Beck and Annette King (Ciarlei); his uncle Brett King; and his cousin Anthony Vazquez Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Julia Beck (Karsko); his daughters, Ella and Aria; his parents, John Beck and Dena Beck (King); his sister Heather Beck; his niece Adrianna; his grandfather Donald King; his aunts and uncles, Stephanie Beck, Cameron, Doreen Beck, Richard King (Peg), DJ King (Betsy), Tracy King (Eric) and Barbara Manzo; and his parents-in-law, Ron and Marykay Karsko. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution account has been set up at Visions Federal Credit Union, Apalachin NY, on behalf of Chad for his daughters, Ella and Aria.
