We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2023, Cecelia M. Kilb of Apalachin, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sally Manzer; and her sister Susanne Kilb. She is survived by: her father Kenneth J. Manzer Jr.; and her siblings, Becky-Lynn Jackson (Mathew), Michael Manzer, Tim Kilb (Marge) and Tom Kilb (Laurie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
