She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent D. Walters; her son Michael Walters (Karen); and her sister Grace V.. She is survived by: her children, Edgar O. Schenk (Paula), Grace Lewis (late Sam), Rosemary Sanborn (Philip), Maryjean Fry (Dave), John H. Schenk, Maureen Blatt (Alan), Peter Walters (Beth) and Mary Buchholz; and her siblings, Elinore J. Doerr, Judge John H. and Joan T. Doerr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Columban's on the Lake in Mrs. Walters memory.
