He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Kondrick; and his brother Gary Hanna. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Huff-Hanna (Riederer); his children, Mary Julian (Tim), Richard Kondrick (Stephanie), Patrick Kondrick (Karen), Jennifer Hanna Perez, Gregory Hanna (Adrienne), Jo Ellen Maurer (Daniel), Heidi Gleason (Donald) and Edward III Riederer (Julie); and his sister Donna Baum (Jim). He is also survived by great grand children, nieces and nephews.
