With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina M. Pericak (Angola, New York), who passed away on June 21, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Pasquale (Evelyn). She is survived by: her husband Anthony Pericak; her children, Beatrice Ludlow (Frank), Philip Pericak (Janice) and Robert Pericak (Sandra); and her siblings, Anthony, Daniel, Ernest (Betsy), Raymond Paradiso, Grace Romans (Donald), Ann Bach (Carl), Frank and John Paradiso. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either the Lake Shore or Eden Boys and Girls Club.
