She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick F. Jasinski; her parents, Joseph Kush and Helen Kush; and her siblings, Joseph "Butch" Kush, Rosalind Hacic and Franklin "Skip" Kush.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Jasinski (Dawn), Gregory Jasinski (Kim) and Julianne Leach (Timothy); and her sister Joan Salzler (Robert) of Land O' Lakes, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
