He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Kukoda. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kukoda (Prechtl); his children, Elizabeth Copeland (Matthew), Joanne Elnicky (Robert) and Paul Kukoda (Andrea); and his brothers, Paul and John Kukoda (Marcie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
