She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael McCarthy; her children, Barbara Hazelet (Daniel), Michael P. McCarthy (Kathy) and Karen Sgroi (David); her siblings, Alice Demert (Richard), Barbara Smith (Ron) and George Gitchel; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan and Megan.
