He is survived by: his wife Megan Kasper (Schmid); his stepsons, Louis and Henry Braasch; his parents, Shirley Kasper (McFarland) and Ronald Kasper; his sibling Korie Bukovelo (Sergii); and his niece Myra.

Flowers gratefully declined, memorials may be made in Joseph's memory to Hospice Buffalo, Inc.
