He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Miller and Tamar Miller; and his sibling Tamar Burdick-Miller. He is survived by: his wife Denise Miller; his children, Cameron Davis, Amanda Frame, Nina (Martin), Mikayla (Bob), Dylan and Brooklyn Miller; and his siblings, Connie Dreese (Dan), Anna Basher (Rick), Nancy Kuebler (John), Christy, Gary and Dale Miller (Rachel). He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
