She was predeceased by: her brother John "Jack" Hagle. She is survived by: her husband Alphonso Butlak, Jr.; and her children, Michele Less (Kenneth), Kathleen Pratt (Edward), James, John (Lori), Alphonso "Al" III (Lisa) and Michael (Kristine). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
