He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Carbeck and Christine Carbeck; and his grandchild Xzavier. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Clark; his son Gregory (Vicky); his sister-in-law Jill Gilson (late Barry); and his grandchildren, Caleb Clark, Corey Townsend (Tiffany), Alicia Jones (Chris), Braedyn Empson and McKenna Clark. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Flowers gratefully declined, memorials may be made to St. Anthony's Church.
