He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Simonick; and his parents, Jacob Simonick and Mary Simonick. He is survived by: his son John F. Simonick (Margaret); and his siblings, Dorothy Cepuchowski (late Frank), Robert "Rip" Simonick (late Maize), Joe (late Pauline), George (late Mary Rita) and Paul Simonick.
