It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Haberer (Angola, New York), who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert M. Haberer; and her siblings, Norman Smith, Betty Johnson, Julius Smith, Ruth Mayer, Nancy Held, Sally Serena, Richard Smith, Frances Smith, Kenneth Smith, Judy Haberer and Christopher Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Chirico (Joseph), William A. (Noreen Metz), Albert M. Jr. (Marguerite), Joanne F. and Ronald J. Haberer; and her siblings, Charles Smith and Carol Barr (James). She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. (262 N Main St, Angola, NY 14006). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of Evans (7431 Erie Rd, Derby, NY 14047). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Lakeside Cemetery (4810 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The First Church of Evans or Awesome Paws Rescue.
