He was predeceased by: his wife Doris V. Milks (Cooper); his son Donald K. Milks; and his brother Herbert. He is survived by: his children, Diane "Dee" Felt (late Tom), Donna Link and Douglas Milks (Lynn Potoczak); and his siblings, Lloyd Milks (Arlene), Eunice Phillips, Emmett Milks and Marjorie Toepfer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
