He is survived by: his wife Diane E. Pruchnicki (Willet); his children, Dina Pruchnicki, Darla Hamm (Jamie) and David Pruchnicki (Dusty); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Faith, Kori, Tyler, Autumn and Davey. He is also survived by 6 brothers and sisters, many nieces and nephews.
