He was predeceased by: his wife Linda M. Joy. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Joy (Elizabeth), Joseph Joy and Chuck Joy Jr.; his sisters, Jacquelyn Dippert, Carlene Marshall (Andrew) and Marlene Joy; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Rowan and Lucia Joy. He is also survived by several nieces and Nephews.
