He was predeceased by: his child Bronwyn Dougherty; and his siblings, Michael Dougherty and Arleen Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Dougherty (Feedham); his children, Paul, Mark (Wanda), Sean Dougherty (Katryn) and Heather Carpenter; and his siblings, Richard Dougherty and Mary Bulson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
