He was predeceased by: his brothers, Keith and Kevin Menefee. He is survived by: his spouse Lyn Menefee; his children, Robert Lawrence, Dale Lawrence, Guylene Nalezynski (Michael), Greg and Jonathan Menefee; his grandchildren, Brittany Geerhart (Kyle), Blaine Ludlow Jr. (Daniela) and Ian Lawrence; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Kaylin Geerhart and Adrian Ludlow; and his siblings, Janelle Jones (Steve), Eric Menefee (Laura), Dennis Menefee (Supida), Julie Clifford (Sandy) and Edie Ritterpusch (Steve). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
