He was predeceased by: his parents, Zane White and Joyce White (DeRock). He is survived by: his fiancée Holly King of Allegany; his son Tad (Tricia) of Horseheads; his siblings, Paul (Cathy) of Nunda, Carol (Don) of Caneadea, Julie (Kevin) of Wellsville, Robyn (Girard) of Angelica and Kyle of Rensselaer; his daughter Vicki of Horseheads; and also Kevin Austin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Strong Memorial Hospital cancer center or Golisano Children's Hospital NICU.
