She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Day and Harriett Morton Day; her husband Edwin W. Hoffman; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Day, Neva Hunt, Gert Storms, Juanita Hoffman, Everett "Bud" Hoffman, Robert Case, John Hunt and Herb Storms.
She is survived by: her children, Everett, Edward Hoffman (Kathleen) and Shelley Hoffman Fritz; her grandchildren, Marc Hoffman, Jamie Fritz and Jackie Crossgrove (Ben); her brothers, Thomas Day (Joanne) and Richard Day; and her aunt Patricia Calkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
