He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herdman and Nancy Herdman (Durnion). He is survived by: his daughter Joy Pender (Tim) of Honeyoye Falls; his significant other Fran Struble; his stepchildren, Todd Hills of West Almond and Darlene Metatos of Angelica; his granddaughters, Bella and Ava Pender; and his brother Stanley Herdman (Hazel) of Newark, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephew and cousins.
