He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Austin McCullough; his daughter Monica McCullough; his son-in-law Tom Kicior; his mother-in-law Norma Austin (late Wesley); his brother-in-law Michael Austin (Linda); his siblings, Teri Strait (John), James McCullough, Joan Paxon (Bob), Sue Hendrickson and Cheryl Loveless (Louie); his uncles, David Grant (Mary Alice) and Kevin Quealy (late Aunt Marg); and his cousins, Barbara Cooley, Susie Allenbrand and Linda Sherwood. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
