She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wolcott and Mildred Sierk Wolcott. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shelby, Keeley, Jenna and Ryann; her great-nieces, Rachel and Sophie Hayes; her nephew Tim Hayes (Cris); her husband Arthur F. Hayes; her sister Mikie Burr (Don) of Wellsville, NY; and her children, Karen Hayes of Abingdon, MD and Steven Hayes (Laura) of Bemus Point, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Angelica Hose Company, Angelica NY, or a charity of one's choice.
