He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Anne Elizabeth Akers Buckley; and his grandparents, Ralph, Rosemond Akers, Benjamin and Grace Buckley.
He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Congelli of Andover; his children, Nick Buckley (Kristen Dixon) of Bath, Michael Buckley (Danielle Manaugh) of Milliken, CO, Jennifer Green (Lonnie) of Andover and Cathy Buckley (Brad Beiser) of Andover; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Landen, Lana, Seth, Zander, Brantley and Karter; his stepdaughter Erica Congelli-Trout (Elliott) of Boulder, CO; and his siblings, Craig Buckley (Connie) of Bath and Deborah Wight (Todd Landcastle) of Scio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Cremation, Crowell Chapel (296 N Main St, Wellsville, NY 14895).
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association, ALS Association, Wellsville Legion, or Wellsville Moose.
