He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda C. Vandermelen. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth J. Bartow, Jr. of Wellsville and John K. Bartow (Wendy) of Andover; his sisters, Ann Steffens of Amityville and Betty Mayer (Ed) of Liberty, Maine; and his grandchildren, Gordon, Ashley, Gregory, Theresa, Amanda and Dillon. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
