She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kosis and Mary Zellonis Kosis; her husband Richard R. Lentola; and her siblings, Madeleine, Ann, Jean, Connie, Bud, John and Tim.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Lentola (Sun Lee) of Salado, TX and James Lentola (Lori Russell) of Moira, NY; her grandchildren, Richard Lentola (Alice), Michelle Ishman (Jerry), Christopher Lentola, Harley Lentola (Shannon) and Chetreva Lentola (Neil Hall); her great grandchildren, Joselyn Lentola, Ozzy Lentola, Christy Rae Lentola, Isabella Lentola, Preston Lentola, Kayleigh Marie Ishman and Jacob Ishman; and her great great grandchildren, Haizen, Krinlin and Mason. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
