Shultz (Andover, New York), born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on October 17, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Charlie Saxton; and his grandfather Clyde Newton. He is survived by: his parents, Richard L. Shultz and Beverly J. Shultz (Newton); and his sisters, Kelly Folts (Jim) of Independence, Cecile Steadman (Dusty) of Whitesville, Billie Burns (Dave) of Andover, Joey Shultz, Ren Folts and Cody Saxton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
