He is survived by: his children, Patricia Kemmer, Pamela [Mike] Jenkins, David [Debbie] Kemmer and Penny [Rick] Fleischmann; his stepchildren, Laura Victor, Freda [Becky Spencer] Cavallaro, Toni Vogel, Barbara Cavallaro-Howard, Kathleen [Rick] Whitesell and Robert Roach Jr.; his brother Roy Kemmer; and his former wife Paula Walls Kemmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
